In collaboration with Ray, this Nashville project, a multi-story residential tower designed by Johnston Marklee is conceived as a continuous residential landscape that integrates architecture, amenity, and planting.
The intention was to organize circulation through a network of shared outdoor spaces, where amenities establish the primary framework for gathering. Planting, primarily native, acts as both buffer and structure, partitioning space, defining pathways, and creating a sequence of intimate moments within the larger site.
